"ethnic intimidation" What pack of idiots passed that law? I cannot begin to count the number of times myself and others have been ethnicly intimidate because we are WASP's.

I believe a suit against the D.A., et al., for malicious prosecution is warranted.

I hope they SUE and SUE them GOOD. This can NEVER happen again in the city where the constitution was ratified and signed.

I think they should sue. Not out of vengence, but out of the desire to prevent other people from being falsely prosecuted.
