The MSM is just another group of Pharisees. They get very defensive at the notion that Joe Blow can do what they do, making them irrelevant.
Jordan, and the rest of the MSM have only themselves to blame. Their lack of integrity and partisanship created the bloggers. Why should they be angry? It's all of their own making.

It's the same old story: shoot the messenger. The fact is
that the "mainstream" liberal media have lost their
monopoly and they bitterly resent the fact that for the
first time they can be fact-checked and critiqed and
exposed for what they OMIT from their reports as well as
what they report tendentiously. It's interesting that they
want to change the story to one about bloggers not the
truly SCANDALOUS and SENSATIONAL allegations of a prime
media mogul.

"* A first-person account surfaced of Jordan forcing a CNN reporter to read a prepared statement written by the Iraqi Information Ministry while representing it as a straightforward news piece by CNN in 1993. Iraqi Information Ministry ???
You mean THIS GUY???
AHHHHHHHH, the REAL face of CNN!!
The AMERICAN INFIDELS ARE TARGETTING INNOCENT JOURNALISTS!!
So, Jordan was forced to lie then, he lied to keep bureau in Baghdad, was he PAID TO LIE? So, he get's back to the US, and doesn't clear up the *all* of the lies, he then sets off to perpetuate them.
Sniffffffffffffffffffffffff, can you smell the money?

Funny how the media is ripping Jeff Gannon a new one for supposedly repeating Bush Administration press releases in his column - but aren't concerned about a CNN big forcing one of his reporters to read a prepared statement from a dictator. Fooey....

They keep flogging Gannon hoping we'll take our eyes off the bigger story. Man, this thing stinks high, deep and wide. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay, beyond CNN.

Did somebody steal your title?I actually "borrowed" that from some other article... can't recall whose.
BTW, both my phone & DSL line has been going out for 3 days, so I'm online when I can get a connection. Bellsouth swears they will "expedite" the repair... for the third day.
Wait! The repairman just called- I outta here for the yard.
