Don't you believe that for a minute! I just spent two days defending a public figure from "conservatives" on this very forum who couldn't see past the fact he disowned his daughter for treasonous actvity, because she was culturally astute enough to imply he did it because she was a homosexual. I had the same problem in school back in the 1950s. I could never make anything for my Dad or give him anything. He died when I was three years old. I just gave them to my single parent Mother.

You know, I really have enough in my life to worry about...bills, taxes, high gasoline, cholesterol, etc., without burdening my overworked brain worrying about some 17 year old kid in Canada too stupid to realize why two women can't get married.

Am I going out on a limb to say that this poor kid, and his sister, are probably hopelessly lost, never to be normal now, no matter WHAT one could do, to change the absolutely satanic home environment he lives in now?

Good point. nearly 3 years ago, I drove almost 600 miles, to pick up my RCA2000 TV set-- something I had wanted for over 21 years. Since I sought it so long, and it means a lot to me(it is my screenname after all, why shouldn't I be able to marry my cherished tv set?) I cannot see any reason why not.I intend for it to be with me forever, that sounds like the modern, fits-all definition of marriage material, to me.
