You think the non-anglo world can't benefit from Democracy, human rights, and rule of law?!?

Lebanese are too dark-skinned to be able run their own country?!? So how come an Alawite baathist dictator gets to run that country?

No - only that Lebanon does have 500 years of Anglo-Saxon common law like the 13 colonies did/ I could also have said that Lebanese are not Greeks - and have zero experiance in democracy as well. They had some democracy when the French left but that did not last long.
