Why is congress so willing to give up it's powers? It's either to these "trade agreements" or to some judge and they just seem to say, okey doke!

Was it you the other day that put up a nice graph/display about, What is a Secretariat? Nope. I assume it's similar to a UN "Conference of the Parties" where the puke traitors who negotiated the beast get to administer it. It makes a handy place for corrupt backroom deals favoring multinational investors.
