Hahn succeeded four years ago by knitting together a coalition of largely white, moderate-to-conservative voters in the suburbanish San Fernando Valley... By "moderate-to-conservative," does that mean in this case truly moderate-to-conservative, or just in relation to what I'm sure is the heavily liberal core of the city?
