Hint, Free Republic had nothing to do with it. Looks like a Democrat Party set up to me.

and what if MD4BUSh is a Democrat with ties to OMalley? I didn't think there as any "if" about it.

Where is the press on this? Look, it took CBS 5 years to break the story on Bush's National Guard duty...

Yeah, this one stinks like roadkill in August. The question, though, is just exactly who are they trying to discredit here? Who are the Democrats trying to tarnish with this? The bloggers in general? Free Republic specifically? The MD state house? Who?

Also while Steffen was posting, someone appeared on the site, MD4BUSH, who pushed and prodded to Steffen to tell more. Steffen and MD4Bush spoke in a private room (pt2) and exchanged thoughts about OMalley and again MD4Bush pushed and prodded Steffen.
Hm. So...what it sounds like to me is this MD4BUSH character egged Steffen on. Is that basically what you're saying?
Because having read the original threads, Steffen sure didn't seem to me like he needed much poking and prodding to run his mouth. "The devil made me do it" worked for Geraldine, but not for an educated man who surely knew better.

Juan Williams just pushed the "leftist talking points on this story" at 6:21 pm EST on Foxnews, sitting next to one of the Beltway Boys, I forgot his name.
The Beltway Boy, let it slide, and skipped the real story.
Not good, the debate is being framed in a bad way.

"1-Who gave the story to the Post? It could only be Steffen, The free Republic, very unlikely, or MD4Bush."Or someone who improperly accessed MD4Bush's account. Why do these discussions always omit that scenario?
NCPAC is the only one with legal standing to get to the bottom of this. I hope a lawsuit against John Doe #1 is in the works for violation of the federal Electronic Communications Privacy Act - and let the subpoenas fly.

md4bush profile reads:
"I hate John Kerry and I'm sick of his lies. This is the most important election in history and George bush must win. If not the Islamic Terrorists will win, there will be more attacks on the states."
Kind of overdoing it, don't you think? Sounds like zot material...
