I forgot to add to this thread (as I did in another), the Kim Jong il statement to the Chinese in Pyongyang yesterday, that was reported just within the last few hours, did in fact say that, it said "of course, with some conditions, we won't abandon those six party talks." Same old same old.
That must be Kim Jong il motto "Always keep them guessing" or off balance.
