I will do more research on my own to be up to speed, but could someone give me a quick synopsis of why Michael is suspect in Terri's injury, ie; skull fractures, etc.?

I am praying for you Terri! Please can someone explain what this guys problem is? I am speaking of her former husband. I know he has speedily moved on with his life now, he is married and has children. Why on earth if the parents are picking up the hospital expenses and nobody expects him to do anything for her does he care if she remanins alive? They have proven that people can wake up after 30 or even 40 years, I don,t understand why he is so insistent on murdering her?

Basically, Terri had serious injuries (fractured femur, etc.) for which there is no apparent innocent explanation, and which Michael, when he discovered them, was unconcerned about.
Terri's bones suffered damage somehow, and the most plausible explanation would be that Michael damaged them.

This FIGHT HAS to be brutal and bloody because IF these evil folks are permitted to kick this door to euthanasia open, it will open the flood gates such has never been seen since the NAZI's did it!! I'm all for paving the way of our actions with prayer FIRST but I, repeat, I, am of the opinion that this situation, barring a miracle which is possible with our God, will require CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE. Terri Schiavo must absolutely be snatched out of the jaws of death. God has NOT called her home and only HE can.

Then I ask again, how can Terri be subject to a law that was IPSO FACTO to the date of her injury? Has anyone asked the powers that be that question?

Was this before or after her brain damage caused by the "chemical imbalance"?

Actually Bill 701 would protect Terri because it would apply to all cases which are still active in the legislature.
I think it's Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, but there is recent uncomfirmed speculation that Michael doesn't work there anymore. I don't have an address for you, but you can probably find it on the net somewhere.
Totally agree. I suggested that in an earlier post. If the judge is willing to break the law in favor of death, then the law should be broken in favor of life.

Frankly, I can't understand why the Catholic Church would even give "consideration" to marrying this man after what he's done and been doing. The man is living in outright sin and flaunting it also.
The damage was discovered after. I don't have a link to the bone scan report itself, but it gave a general timeframe of when the damage most likely occurred (judging by how it had healed). But if I discovered that my wife showed signs of having received some sort of serious trauma, I sure think I'd want some investigation into it.
If Teri is starved and dehydrated, the establishment of precedent in this case, will be of incalcuable assistance to the pro-death forces to be sure.
