A question, from one who hasn't followed ther details of this case too closely....was the husband ever asked to relinquish his right to exercise the medical proxy, return it to her parents....and if so, what was his rationale for refusing..

A question, from one who hasn't followed ther details of this case too closely....was the husband ever asked to relinquish his right to exercise the medical proxy, return it to her parents....and if so, what was his rationale for refusing.. He has been asked. He's refused because his parents have put him through Hell, etc. After his lawyer talked to him and he was asked again, he stated he also refused because his parents might not follow Terri's wishes.
