I believe Judge Greer was just re-elected to another 6-year term by too many uninformed and/or senile Florida voters.

He sits on the bench in two counties, one being mine.

I won't even get into his cozy relationship with the Church of Scientology based in Clearwater. Yes, there is are shadowy connections between Terri's case, Judge Greer, the Clearwater Bar Association and the Church of Scientology.
