While I am no fan of federal involvement in ANYTHING, this once I will hold my nose and make an exception.
Anyone caught producing, reproducing or intentionally releasing a virus program (of any sort) should face a mandatory 25 year prison sentence without possibility of parole. Once released they should be forbidden to own or sue a single piece of computer hardware or software for the remainder of thier life.
B@st@rd script kiddies think it's a hoot to go messing up peoples equipment, lets see how they like getting thier own equipment messed up behind bars.

I am normally the last one to call "there otta be a law!" but this garbage is way, way out of hand. Cybervandals need to be fined, imprisoned, and publicly humiliated. They are ruining the new technology for far too many people. Enough is enough.
