Hillary The Chameleon
World Net Daily ^ | 2-25-2005 | David Limbaugh

Posted on 02/25/2005 7:59:19 AM PST by Pendragon_6

I have always considered Hillary Clinton a formidable politician, but I haven't really feared a Hillary presidency because I haven't thought she was electable. I'm not quite as sure anymore.

Hillary, in her true skin, is too stridently liberal and unlikable to be electable in a national election. But who says she has to show her true skin?

Hillary is polarizing, but that's hardly a disqualifying attribute. So are her husband and President Bush, both of whom were elected twice. Indeed, in today's partisan climate, almost any strong leader of either party will ultimately be deemed polarizing.

Hillary's polarizing nature will energize Republicans to work to defeat her, but it will also motivate Democrats to support her because the qualities that alienate you from your opposition are the same ones that endear you to your own party.

People who rely on the MSM for their political information DON'T know her true colors.

I'm normally the cautious type but I don't think HRC is fooling anybody; her allies know she's faking it, those who don't like her know she's faking it; but the MSM eats it up because they value political gameplaying over everything else--witness how positively giddy Chris Matthews gets when talking about all the inside-baseball garbage of his favorites.

But HRC's true feelings and positions are very well-known.

Since the American political attention span is measured by what have you done for me lately and what will you do for me now, Hillary's true colors may not matter. Unlike every other Dummie she has changed her spots on Iraq, ridden point on a search for a kinder gentler abortion racket, been absolutely doting as a listener to the gripes of her constituents. Her model as a Senator must have been Al D'Amato.

She's out or herself, so she won't hesitate to toss any number of Dums under the truck. She's a talented pol, bright, though nowhere near the "smartest woman in the world", and drivenby one thing, being president..

President Bush could dispose of her in an election, but he can't run again, and will he be involved in choosing the next candidate and planning a campaign? If not, then the Reps will have the same problem as the Dems this time around, choosing a candidate and a direction.

My question is, how will any male politician effectively go against Hitlery without appearing to be attacking a woman. Does anyone remember Rick Lazo walking over to her podium to hand her a piece of paper? The next day, the media attacked him for harassing her. She is going to use this defense against any man that dares to go negative.

We have never had to deal with a woman candiate for President. Republicans could really screw this one up royaling. Remember, we are already branded as mean spirited.

Keep remembering a couple of articles from last year that show what a traitorous liberal leftist communist Hitlery really is. Her play of "oh, moderate I am" is just that: a facade to cover the real wicked witch of the north.

Hillary Blasts Bush in Arab Press
News Max ^ | 4/27/2004 | Carl Limbacher

Tuesday, April 27, 2004 10:53 a.m. EDT Hillary Blasts Bush in Arab Press

In remarks being reported throughout the Arab world Tuesday morning, New York Sen. Hillary Clinton blasted the Bush administration as a threat to peace in the Middle East, going so far as to accuse President Bush of endangering the lives of U.S. troops.

Sen. Clinton delivered the unprecedented attack in an interview with the London-based Arab daily Asharq al-Awsat on Monday, with newspapers from Tehran to Islamabad picking up her harsh words almost immediately.

Typical was the coverage by Tehran's news agency Mehr, which quoted Clinton as saying that "the U.S. is trapped in the quagmire of Iraq."

"Referring to the Bush Administration policies as arrogant and insolent," Mehr said, "the wife of the former U.S. president further added that Bush is not willing to admit his mistakes in Iraq, the grave mistakes that have endangered the lives of both the Iraqi people and the U.S. servicemen alike."

The former first lady said that Bush's "mistakes have also threatened peace and stability in the region."

In comments that could only encourage the Iraqi insurgency, the top Democrat complained that "the United States was in trouble because it could not abandon Iraq, nor provide enough manpower to run the country, nor gather world allies willing to provide the necessary assistance for the gigantic task," according to Mehr's translation.

San Francisco rolls out the red carpet for the Clintons
- BETH FOUHY, AP Political Writer
Monday, June 28, 2004

(06-28) 19:03 PDT SAN FRANCISCO (AP) --

The leftiest big city on the Left Coast was Clinton country on Monday, with former President Clinton continuing his blockbuster book tour and Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton headlining a Democratic fund-raiser where she vowed to defeat the Republicans' "extraordinarily ruthless machine."

Headlining an appearance with other Democratic women senators on behalf of Sen. Barbara Boxer, who is up for re-election this year, Hillary Clinton told several hundred supporters -- some of whom had ponied up as much as $10,000 to attend -- to expect to lose some of the tax cuts passed by President Bush if Democrats win the White House and control of Congress.

"Many of you are well enough off that ... the tax cuts may have helped you," Sen. Clinton said. "We're saying that for America to get back on track, we're probably going to cut that short and not give it to you. We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good."

Just blocks away at San Francisco's historic Ferry Building, President Clinton kicked off the latest leg of his West Coast tour promoting his best-selling book, "My Life." Wearing a navy blue suit and a rust-colored tie, Clinton signed books for at least 3,000 people, many of whom had waited hours under brilliant sunshine to catch a glimpse of him.

At one point, Clinton stopped the fast-moving line of fans to pose for a photo with 14-year old Thomas Nelson and his 12-year old brother Joseph, who had traveled 50 miles with their father from Petaluma.

"I've never shaken the hand of a president," said Thomas, who added that he had one grandma who couldn't stand Clinton and one who thought he was the best president ever.

"Even better than George Washington," said Thomas.

While Sen. Clinton's duties in Washington and the former president's far-flung speaking engagements can keep them apart for weeks at a time, friends said the Clintons' joint visit to the Bay Area was a homecoming of sorts for both of them.

As president, Clinton visited California some 70 times and focused much of his political and fund-raising energies on the heavily Democratic San Francisco Bay area. The visits by both Clintons increased while their daughter, Chelsea, was a student at Stanford University in Palo Alto.

"He was here so dad gum much when he was president that outside of Arkansas, his highest level of support is probably the Bay Area," said Martha Whetstone, executive director of the Bar Association of San Francisco and a longtime friend of both Clintons. "And San Francisco has always been Hillary country. They get her here -- there's a real appreciation for independent, intelligent women."

The Clintons were following largely separate schedules throughout the day, with Sen. Clinton heading two hours south to Monterey County to appear at a public policy forum hosted by former White House chief of staff Leon Panetta, and President Clinton headlining a fund raiser Monday evening for the American Himalayan Foundation, a charity run by Sen. Dianne Feinstein's husband, Richard Blum.

Sen. Clinton called the transfer of sovereignty from the U.S.-led coalition to an interim Iraqi government two days early a "positive step" but said it was too early to predict if the new government would be successful.

"Whether they take over today or take over Wednesday, the problems are still the same," she said.

Before leaving the forum, Sen. Clinton was asked what she thought of her husband's book. "I loved it," she replied. "You've got to read all of it."

On Tuesday, President Clinton will continue his book tour at several stops around the Bay Area and will be the star attraction at a fund-raiser for House Democrats.

With Boxer leading her Republican opponent, Bill Jones, by a wide margin in recent public polls and California considered safely in Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry's hands, the Clintons' visit served more as a vehicle to promote progressive political activism than to move a lot of votes, according to Bruce Cain, a political analyst at University of California, Berkeley.

"There's a lot of stirring up of the Democratic base -- the juice is flowing among Democratic activists in an unprecedented way right now," Cain said. "It comes at a time when groups need to get mobilized to make contributions and get themselves organized to go out and do grass roots activity in battleground states."

California Republican Chairman Duf Sundheim said that while the Clintons were welcome to come to the state and express their views, "history shows their influence is minimal."

He pointed to both Clintons' support last fall for Democratic Gov. Gray Davis, who went on to be recalled in a landslide and replaced by Republican Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Associated Press writer Matthew Fordahl in Seaside, Calif., contributed to this report.

Also, there will be MANY voters in '08 who were not thinking about politics at all in prior elections. They are largely recent grads from our institutions of liberal propaganda!

We have to vigorously fight this issue and the MSM, or the Witch will wind up where she can REALLY do damage!

If the Hildabeast takes the Presidency, America will no longer be.

And even the Dem-witts will regret electing her.

There are a whole lot of diehard democrats that work in the blue collar sector that simply will not vote for her.

They loved Bill, but the hate Hill.

They'll cast a ballot for another Rino Bush before hill. I've heard a bunch of them swear to it.

Hillary has a four lettter word problem..it's "Bill"..the American voter, the fast markority who aren't pilitcally engaged like we are her, has blotted out the 8 years of the Clinton administration, the Monica stuff, the late-night comics, all the scandals..Time has passed, and 9/11 changed the world. But once she formally announces..everyone will be reminded again, hard, and the question will be posed, will Hillary let Bill back in the Oval Office. Will it again be a "2 for 1"..and millions won't be able to stomach it..
