Leah Kelly was hit by a car while walking on Arapahoe Road near the couple's home east of Boulder the night of May 31, 2000. She was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.35, more than three times the level of legal intoxication in Colorado. ---- this would be interesting to look in to.
