Yes, I've wondered about that as well.
I'm not sure how they came up with the +6 scenario only being in Texas and Florida.
AZ, NV and other SW states are growing just as fast.
Last time we had a net gain of 7 even though IN, MS, OH, and OK (all red) each lost one in the last reapportionment
We may lose some here and there next time too but we should see the expected gain of 6-8 overall.
