I believe this cartoonist is protesting the arrest of his drug dealing cross dressing Renaissance Faire friend.

Perhaps Ted Rall could crawl out of his hole and send an email to this cartoonist, telling him Ted Rall isn't dead yet.

Assuming that the cartoon is anti-American:

It really is quite simple. The neo-socialists of postmodern enlightened Europe (long live their innate moral superiority! [sarcasm]) put a crown on "Justice" without a blindfold and have a sword in her hand because they are so damned sure that their vision of elegant vigilante justice, leftist style, is right, even if these "peace-loving" loons have to resort to extreme measures (represented by the sword).

They are not content to live and let live - they would rather not let us live at all. Their freedom apparently lies in the demise of those whose vision is so different from their own; that is how utterly insecure and insincere they are; to them, that would be justice for a postmodern world devoid of anything spiritual and divine! They are not interested in authentic intellectual freedom and debate, true differences of opinion...but I digress...

It's Queen Elizabeth waiting for Charles and Camilla to return from their honeymoon. (Which I might add they've already had in spades.)

THEN she's going to tell Prince Charles that she's cutting him off from becoming King and he and Camilla will receive only a share of royal income for the remainder of their lives and THEY will be under 'house arrest' not to make any political waves until the Queen is dead and Prince William becomes King William.
