OK I was thibking about a different crazy aminal rights vegan lady. Amazing how many there, all caroizie than the others.
By the time FR showed up we had been divorced for 10 years and she had been deceased for 2. But I have introduced my present wife to FR and she has been converted from a card carrying member of PPH, NOW and PBS to a rabid conservative. I think I should get some extra points in heaven for that don't you:)?
I was thinking the same thing. My son saw the trading spouses show and said the lefty liberal got totally whupped by the military family. He said she was practically in tears over the kid playing with and killing worms ("what did they ever do to you" waaaah) lol.
I definitely think there is a special place in heaven for anyone who converts the lost! And let's face it, those groups you mentioned are lost.
Well I actually broke down and watched this show, it was very enlightening. Obviously the KY woman was a little anal and over the top on the discipline thing(making the kids line their shoes up along a line on the carpet is beyond the pale). However the MN family was frightening. The "father", and I use that term very loosely, was a joke. It's people like him that makes me think that maybe we do need to license parents. And what can be said about Dan, disrespectful, hateful, empty, soulless what else can I come up with. My sister, who is a counselor sees a lot of Dan's in her work. I feel really sad for his prospects in life. Being opinionated is fine, but having a little discretion and thinking before engaging your mouth is obviously something he has never been taught. Listening to his "father" and seeing how his mother runs the home that shouldn't suprise anyone. I know there are others like him out there and that is very, very scary.
I watched it and saw hope for the little disrespectful bugger. He was actually tryig to communicate with the military mom in the scene doing the dishes. Alot of those disrespectful hard edged teenagers are really very sweet underneath.
I kind of liked this week except for the pacifist mom,,the program was playing her up like she was the second coming and she did encourage the kids to have fun.But boy what a failure at running a home. And her hubbie, a wimp.
It's airing right now where I am...one half hour to go.
The lib father is surprised that Dan has shown he can be so "insensitive". Um, he's more than insensitive. As the Kentucky woman said in tears, he's filled with hate.
This, the product of the "peace loving" family.
Oh, commercial break over...back to the tv.
Please, for the love of god, PLEASE KEEP HER IN KENTUCKY!!!!! WE HAVE TOO MANY PEOPLE LIKE THAT HERE ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Her stupid coffee shop is only a mile away from my house!
It just wrapped up. Here is my take. The lib parents, especially Greg, seem genuinely nice but have been drinking the koolaid. Buying into the "questioning" the government means knee-jerk protesting it.
I do think there is hope for Dan, but good gravy, what a rude, intolerant punk who enjoyed trying to get a rise out of Sherry.
Very good!
I watched that episode, and I had to fight screaming at the TV almost the whole time. This woman is a complete ignoramus, but her son is one pathetic wretch. I don't completely blame him for being the way he is, but I really despise people like him. Lord help me I do.
Aha, so you did. Sorry I missed it. Guess I didn't read as carefully as I thought.
Death to reality shows!
