I can't wait to go. I'm sick and tired of the SCOTUS finding penumbras and emanations.

In the case when a state has a stupid law, it's not the job of the SCOTUS to rule on every single stupid law on a state's books.

Even "conservative" federal judges need to hear from us: Stick to the US Constitution, and return state issues to state courts.

Jim, not only do I guarantee that I will be there, I will bring my framed membership certificate in the Bar of the Court, with a black banner on it for mourning. As you know, I resigned that membership after 32 years, because of the Court's unconstitutional 5-4 decision in the McConnell case (federal election "reform" Act).

Today's decision is just as bad, and for the same reason. I will be honored to go after the Court, side by side with you. Just tell me when.

If were gonna march let's stick it to em!!

There are so many issues to deal with we might be there a while. Rotten judges, ILLEGAL aliens, Gay marriage crap, and the list could easily be as long as the IRS code!

Let's hand out constitutions to the people outside the Supreme Court.

Yes, it is time.

Hearing Frist blame the American people for inaction in the Senate is my tipping point. I've had it with them.

If the date is named at least a month in advance, I will do my best to make it. Can't arrange a trip on too short of notice.

Conditionally I think this has got to be a universal conservative effort. All conservatives in any position of influence need to join in spreading the word. Blogs, Forums, talk radio, newspapers, word of mouth. This has got to be a massive protest-and it should be aimed at the Republican Senators and Judiciary.

The Democrats are irrelevant. The Republican leadership in the Senate needs to understand WE are the ones that elected them and WE, not Dem activists, are the ones they should be listening to.

Oh the list of things that demand the peoples attention. Take the biggest bite of the apple possible! The march should focus on making all law makers and judges proof test everything that we pay them to do falls inside the laws of our original US Constitution. All laws that don't pass Constitutional muster get immediately repealed. Any and all politicians, judges, law enforcement personnel, military brass and any and all government officials who break their oath of office get immediately removed. Period, no argument, end of story. Law enforcement is included because they most always carry out the dirty work of the politicians. Waco Tx is why I included the military brass.

Yes, we do need some right thinking governors to tell the Supremes to stuff it.

They have clearly overstepped their jurisdiction and are continuing to legislate. Not only that, they are using FOREIGN LAW AND ATTITUDES as precedents!!

IMPEACH one of them already!

As a licensed clinical social worker I am offerring a free evaluation for Justice Kennedy. (The other four are outa here so I wouldn't waste my time).

Just in: my conclusion. DON'T appoint anyone from California even if a "conservative" eg Warren and Kennedy.

Let's see; a 17 year old has all the rights of the Constitution in a criminal case BUT adult consequences aren't included.

In the recovery field, SCOTUS would be called insanity, i.e. going down the same road, expecting a different result.
