Is it time for a March on the SCOTUS and the Judiciary and the Senate?

I'm in the Chicagoland area...I'd make the drive down. I am PISSED OFF!

SCOTUS Ruling Opens the Door for Government to Destroy Unpopular Private Clubs, Businesses -- I was absolutely stunned to read about this. What the hell is the matter with the SC? First McCain Feingold now this. Our rights are being removed one by one by this court. What recourse do we have?

I am too... and worried. This is a slap in the face to all Americans.

And unlike politicians, these birds can't be voted out of office if they offend enough people.

Right...they must be forced out immediately.

Why have I been thinking lately "American Revolution II is right around the corner?" I mean even the democrats agree with us on this. (shaking head)

With the court ruling, this may be needed to stand firm on judges. Not many know you can CALL ROVE'S OFFICE DIRECTLY (well, his assistant), bypassing the main switchboard. Tell Rove's office you support standing firm on this matter....and that it is high time to PRESENT A BLISTERING DEFENSE OF IRAQ POLICY and push for true tax reform, SS reform, and staying strong on judges. We need a conservative SCOTUS.

Tel for Rove's office: 202-456-5587 or 202-456-2369

Fax for Rove's office: 202-456-2461 (make sure to say it is for him on the cover sheet...seems there is just one big WH fax number that is public).

Timothy Goeglein, WH Public Liaison, at (202) 456-2930

Andrew Card's office, WH Chief of Staff: 202-456-6798

I'm not advocating such, but you do know we have a CW II ping list here, don't you?

Travis McGee, archy, or Joe Brower can add you, if you like.

Supreme Court Expands Power of Eminent Domain -- believe me, the developers are salivating at this ruling.  Our basic American rights are being trampled by the SCOTUS majority.

High Court Ruling Divides New London (The People Behind the Lawsuit)
"Nine out of ten voices in my head are telling me to clean my guns."

Tonight we are no longer a free country (vanity)
There is only one bright side to this travesty: Those who thought talk of an out-of-control judiciary was reactionary nonsense and distraction from Tom DeLay's controversies will get a cold slap in the face IF (and it's a big IF) the GOP can forcefully articulate why every American has suddenly lost a right that they took for granted due to the very judicial activism they've been warning about for years.
Will Court Curb Eminent Domain? (Feb 2005 Editorial!!!)
Has judicial activism gone so far as to rewrite the constitution out of whole cloth?
 Impeachment for the Court
What are your words/thoughts on the loss of your private property rights?  This country is dying. This ruling makes me physically ill.
Has the liberal bloc of the supreme court inflicted it's final blow?
This ruling is a travesty. So much for "life, liberty and property." The latter two have just been annihilated.
Eminent domain: Taking from Peter to give to Paul(This wasn't supposed to happen here)
Well, at least lately, Mugabe doesn't mouth platitudes about how Zimbabwe provides equality under law and protects its citizens' rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, let alone stops private property from being stolen, er, taken for others' private use. So maybe it's a little less hypocritical when it happens there.
