ARTICLE SNIPPET: "COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- The Bush administration has adopted a new counterintelligence strategy that calls for "attacking" foreign spy services and the spy components of terrorist groups before they can strike, a senior U.S. intelligence official said yesterday."

Foreign spy services points clearly to state entities. Wonder which will surface first (aside from Syria & Iran which are given.)I'm also wondering if the ill fated Italian intelligence bringing the Italian journalist to the airport might have been a counterintelligence suicide mission for another state or entity.
