I say charge the parents with rape also, for raising such an abomination.

That's a bit of a leap...for all you know this kid was abused previously and is now in the care of someone else.

My brother and his wife adopted three children that were abused, neglected and abandoned by their drug-addicted natural parents. They have had to deal with a number of lingering problems.

I think it's pretty obvious that the child in this story needs to be receiving special care, and not in a normal classroom with other kids.

The "45 minutes alone" really bothers me.
