And it's true that Crumb was the 'normal' one of his brothers... if you've seen "Crumb" you'll know -- his brothers were truly insane. And frightening. What a bunch of weirdos.

I saw that. My jaw dropped when I saw his brother that still lives with his mom. These folks are beyond dysfunctional.

I loved his comics though. I bought my first one in 69' when I was stationed in Oakland. Still got them and a bunch of Freak Brothers, they're worth some bucks now.
