I saw this last week or the week before and saw a double standard. We can't fly AWACS while Russia is gearing up.
That is because US officials insisted to develop democracy in Kyrgyzstan. Local dictator doesnt share US optimism in that matter and he prefer Russians who likes status quo.
Pretty funny that most people don't know that both the US and Russia have bases in the same country. This could get interesting
Im not 100% sure but I think that similar situation is in Georgia and Uzbekistan. Georgians trying to get rid of Russians but Russians of course dont want to leave this country. Uzbek dictator Karimov probably would like to see American troops out, that is lesson from orange revolution.

also Lukasz I may be wrong but I think one of the bases is located either in Ossetia or Abkhazia in either case if the Russian troops leave Georgia wouldn't get the base... Also they agreed to the 8 year pullout previously and ripping up the agreement just because they feel like it isn't honorable nor reallistic.
