The Patriot Act, Anti-Trust legislation, Campaign Finance Reform (Social Security and Medicare Acts for that matter); every special interest has some part of the Constitution that they want to skirt.

It is a living document in that it is not set in stone. Provisions were made to amend our Constitution when needed. It has been amended 27 times.
