Apparently Bob Ross got jaw cancer. The university of Illinois Hospital mangled the surgery.
He sued the university..and the JUDGE...dismissed the case.
He became very angry..and threatened everyone saying "Someone will pay for this"

I guess she believed that the hospital was not liable. I think the hospital tried to fix him.

In the suicide note, Ross blamed a Lefkow decision in a medical malpractice lawsuit for costing him his house, his job and family, one source in the investigation told the Tribune.
A search of lawsuits found that Lefkow had dismissed one filed by Ross in which he sought $1 billion from the University of Illinois. Ross had represented himself, comparing the judicial system to a Nazi state and a terrorist network.
Among other claims, he alleged doctors committed a terrorist act against him by giving him radiation treatment without his consent.
Ross' last last known address was in Chicago, which is about 90 miles from West Allis.

He is apparently one of two of the killers. Where did they get the info that there were two killers?

I think it was in the note.
They said there was more evidence.
I think that he was one of the suspects..and he matched the description.
He had also threatened the judge.

Did he kill himself w/ a .22cal?
The same caliber used in the murders....
To: general_re
He looks angry enough to me.

It will be interesting to see what develops. I'm betting against the two person theory. (But not a large amount)

They said he was lurking outside of a school.
He looked suspicious so they pulled him over.

Never mind.
From the MSNBC link.
Investigators also discovered some 300 .22 caliber shells in the mans van that are the same caliber as the casings found in Lefkows home, the Tribune reported.
WOW! That's about $6 worth of ammo.
HOW DID HE COME ACROSS THAT?!?!?! /sarc
