not enough information.............

If he needs to be in the hospital, put one of his attorneys and a monitor with him and let the trial resume.

The bail remark is good. He could go to sick call each day in jail and be ready for court. Convenient.

His lawyer says he has a back injury. It turned out to be only a LARGE YELLOW STREAK on his spine!

Somebody needs to take a poll of the prison populace so we know what to expect.

QUESTION - When Michael Jackson joins you in prison, will you:

(a) Befriend the celebrity?

-or-

(b) Beat the freak

When did the hour start???

Michael is SUCH a freak! He thinks he can get away with this.

If the judge keeps letting him without DOING anything to him, the whole thing is a joke.

Is the family not there yet either?

Arrest Warrant Issued For Michael Jackson

Pop Star Fails To Appear For Trial

Mar 10, 2005 8:53 am US/Pacific

SANTA MARIA, Calif. (AP) A judge issued an arrest warrant for Michael Jackson on Thursday after he failed to show up for his trial on time and his attorney announced the singer was being treated for a serious back problem.

Superior Court Judge Rodney S. Melville said he would also forfeit Jackson's $3 million bail unless he appeared in court within one hour.

A cow-orker once told me that back injury is the best thing to fake sick with as noone can prove or disprove that you have a sore back. just gotta take your word for it.

Jackson got up and WENT TO THE BATHROOM in the middle of the trial the other day. How is that for thinking you are privileged?!
