Spokeswoman says that MJ did call his attorney a little after 5:30 a.m.
However, FNC says that doesn't make sense because the judge is furious that the attorney didn't have information about MJ's whereabouts.
IMO .. the attorney was stalling because he knew the Judge would not be happy about this
