For those who are familiar with downtown Atlanta, this is in the Fulton County Courthouse, a block west of the Georgia State Capitol, and just south of Underground Atlanta in the downtown area.
WSB-TV is now reporting that the clerk who was shot may be dead also.

Possibly up to 3 people shot. Perp may have stolen several different vehicles in quick succession in attempt to get away. Still at large. Still not sure if he brought the gun, or took one from a deputy.

For those who are familiar with downtown Atlanta, ....Atlanta is no longer what it once was. Not just the courtrooms. It is obscene was has happened to our city. Judge Barnes? Related to Roy?

My mother's boss used to be in the House of Reps and he very well could have known this judge.
I will have to call her tonight and see if her boss was at the capitol today.
