ATLANTA - A judge presiding over a rape trial was shot to death Friday along with two other people at the Fulton County Courthouse, authorities said. A fourth person was critically wounded and the suspect, the defendant at the trial, remained at large hours later.

Lt. Gov. Mark Taylor confirmed that Superior Court Judge Rowland Barnes and his court reporter were killed. He gave no other details in announcing the deaths in the state Senate. A deputy died later at a hospital, authorities said.

It is the same thing, I was out all morning, just got home did a Search for this title and it was not listed...oh well.
Top of the hour ABC Radio News says "3 dead, one wounded". The three include the judge, the court stenographer, and the deputy escorting the perp. It was the deputy from who the perp got his gun from. Sounded like the perp overpowered the female deputy and shot her in the mouth.
This is probably be how he would look if seated in the passnger seat of an authomobile viewed by someone standing to its right.
the other title "Fulton Co. Judge shot and killed in courthouse shooting (BREAKING Fri 9A)" does not match this title..." Three Shot to Death at Ga. Courthouse"...did the search.
Oh Lord, that is just awful. Being in Georgia, myself, it is good to be on the look out for suspects.

Female deputy's might be good for writing parking tickets, but they are a danger to themselves, arrestees and anyone in the general vacinity. I once saw a 2 female deputys struggling to handcuff an average sized 15 year old who was resisting. A male dep. had to do it for them.
In other words.... shoot the SOB, FROM A DISTANCE.
