The only thing I hate more than a reporter is a victim loving their fifteen minutes. I'm sure she'll write a book.

It's so easy to be cynical in a situation like this, especially in our media-saturated culture, but she seems to be rather sincere, and I'm glad she's getting the coverage that she is, because she is showing how people should act like a Christian.

The story is barely 48 hours old. It is now Monday, when the regular news people are working. She is not milking anything. It's a new crop of reporters in the news cycle and she's telling them what happened. I hope she can put her life together, without jealous, bitter people preying on her.
