The one concert I missed out on was Molly Hatchet and the Outlaws at the Marice Gussman center in Miami, around '79 or so.
My buddies came back and said that those two bands literally blew the plaster off the ceiling.
I saw them a year or two later, when they had already fallen from grace. Mother's Finest was opening for them then.
RIP DJB! I think one year in the early eighties, Def Leppard opened up for them. (Or was it vice versa?) Anyway it was a strange combo.
