Just like the early 1970's, this gambit will commute all existing cases.

Be thankful they even mentioned fetus. The updated story makes no mention of it. "Scott Peterson was sentenced to death Wednesday for murdering his pregnant wife, Laci, more than two years ago."

I think it's kind of inferred.

I do believe that Scotts mother has had a rough life....her father was murdered, she had been married at least once before she married Lee Peterson. I don't think she is a very nice person...quite manipulative and that's where Scott learned it.

Sharon Rocha said in her statement that she hopes Scott Peterson is executed "as soon as possible". Guess that means in 15-20 years. Pity.

First 60 minutes has to interview him in his prison cell.
Then he has to write a book. Then the TV movie special has to be shown. Then the defense has to produce new evidence in the case. Then the judge has to be accused of racism against Irish people. Then he'll give money to the Democrat party. Then some Democrat president will pardon him. Then some vigilante will shoot him, claim insanity, and be interviewed in his prison cell by 60 minutes. And so it goes in America, the land of the free and the home of the brave.
