Jackie & Lee Peterson BOTH interruped Brent Rocha during his testimony....Lee said "What a liar!" when Brent was talking about Scott and how he was unhappy etc...Jackie said "That's not true!" They left the courtroom 'FURIOUS'....Scott Peterson was shackled at the waist during the court proceedings today.

The judge did NOT allow Scott Petersons parents to testify....this according to the AP. Scott Peterson was in a suit and had the same "swagger" according to MSNBC.
The last person executed in California was Donald Beardslee on January 19 of this year, a little less than 21 years after being sentenced to death. He was the first person to be executed in California in almost three full years.
He ain't going anywhere....where you won't be able to reach him...
