I'm still on secure constitutional ground - rocket-propelled grenades can't really be classified as "firearms".The definition of the word "arms" is anything that could be carried by the typical infantry soldier. There are grenade launchers that attach to M-16 rifles which are capable of being carried by soldiers. Therefore, citizens should have the right to own these.

So they can have the grenade-launchers - but not the grenades. Explosives aren't covered by the Second Amendment. /half-serious
Fully serious, I don't know. There are too many complications - like, for instance, you can have the launcher but not the grenade - and too much I don't know about weapons. In short, I don't think I can effectively debate for two reasons: One, I don't know enough, and two, I'm not even sure where I would draw Diddle E. Squat's line.

I don't disagree with you, but I can't help but wonder where someone would go to shoot a few rounds. I live on 12 acres in the woods, so I know there is room, but the neighbors, even without covenants would pitch a BIG fit.
