The only problem with this case is "lack of evidence". If any jurer is looking for some concrete evidence to put in a guilty verdict they won't find it in this case. That stuntman was a drug addict and apparently was not credible as a witness but stranger things have happened and they may still say he is guilty!
The murder weapon was a gun that belonged to Blake. The serial number had been filed off. Too bad he didn't know they can recover the serial number.
I honestly hope he goes free.
