Unspeakable horror and barbarism. But torture like this and worse was a common occurence in Europe 60 odd years ago. One cannot imagine how fortunate we are to be living in this country at this time. A true blessing from G-d.
You'll get no argument from me about that and don't forget the barbarism in the East - including cannibalism by the Japanese. Evil can only be contained and then only in the generation that dares to defy it and fight.
