There are dozens of spies who spied for enemy countries. No one receive half as harsh the punishment Pollard did and no one evokes such hate on this site as Pollard. No bias here.
It's one thing to be betrayed by an enemy, it's another thing to be betrayed by a friend. His shame will last forever.
