I can assure you that the proof in Kerry's official military that he was a paid employee of the Viet Cong and was court martialed for it and kicked out of the Navy is not of any significance to little Americans.

Therefore, there is no reason for you to see what he is hiding! It is not like he was a Republican where even his military dental records would have meaning.

Whatever it is that Kerry is hiding so tenaciously, if revealed, would only be used against him by his opponents to prove what a schlump he really is so let's just keep the records hidden. Oh, and don't be concerned by the military forgeries that used to be on his official web site, the Lehman citations were only used to show the DNC and CBS how easy it was for skilled forgers to fake key documents.

Hasn't turned out very well for them, though, has it?!

Looks to me like they own the courts, the schools, the media, virtually all bureaucracies no matter who is President, and much of big business.

I hope Mr. French's plans to countersue to recover his legal fees. This leftist trash in Oregon has to be taught a lesson, that there are consequences when you set out to destroy a man's reputation and career because he dares to express his First Amendment rights and say things the "elites" don't like to hear.

He shouldn't have used the office computers in a blue county in a blue state to discredit Kerry.

"Looks to me like they own the courts, the schools, the media, virtually all bureaucracies no matter who is President, and much of big business."

The courts are a battleground, the schools they still own, their media audience shrinks daily, and we're doing fine with big business.

We've also got the Internet, talk radio, churches, veterans, commerce and capitalists, most state legislatures, most state governships, the House, the Senate, and the Presidency.

Every day we grow while they shrink. We're going to be drilling in the ANWR, for instance, something politically impossible a decade ago. We've deployed national missile defenses, cut taxes at least three times, repealed federal gun bans on pilots and assault weapons, killed liberal nonsense like the Kyoto Treaty and ICC, as well as passed serious tort reform. Heck, we've even banned partial birth abortions.

This is progress. Does it means that the fight is over and the war won?! Of course not, but it does show that we're winning more and more as time goes by.

Sure, we have a long way to go, and we've had a few setbacks, but we're far better off today than in 1993.

French was the lead prosecuter for the Ward Weaver double murder case and the DA was crossing his Ts to avoid giving the defense a toehold. Thats the excuse I heard.

"The ruling means that the 59-year-old father of three has emerged unscathed in two separate investigations into his conduct"

They won't stop. They never know when to stop. Thank God he was cleared though. The man stood up for the truth to keep this country from being handed into the hands of the enemy, and he's repaid by losing his job and attempts to destroy his marriage and career. He's a hero for his service. He and all members of the organizations which formed to fight Hanoi Johnny Boy are heros once again.

"The Oregon State Bar has cleared Clackamas County prosecutor Alfred French of ethics violations when he lied years ago to his former boss about an interoffice affair and when he participated in a presidential campaign ad last year that said Democratic Sen. John Kerry lied about his Vietnam War record. The bar's nine-member Professional Responsibility Board on Saturday put to rest its investigation, dismissing more than 60 complaints that French's actions involved dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation. The state bar is the regulating organization that licenses and disciplines attorneys in Oregon.

The ruling means that the 59-year-old father of three has emerged unscathed in two separate investigations into his conduct. Earlier this year, the secretary of state's office found that French did not violate Oregon election law by appearing in an ad by Swift Boat Veterans for Truth attacking Kerry."

Swill. I don't particularly care for American beer, but it's better than that Mexican pisswater.

I've never drank Corona beer before.

A few days ago, I walked by the beer aisle at my local Wal-Mart Supercenter and saw Corona beer and checked it out. It was dang near TWICE the price of the Bud Ice, so it was not a hard decision to pass it up, just on that basis.

The courts are a battleground, the schools they still own, their media audience shrinks daily, and we're doing fine with big business.

You have a lot to learn about globalists.

Every day we grow while they shrink.

Unless illegals become citizens.

We're going to be drilling in the ANWR, for instance, something politically impossible a decade ago.

Which, if Hillary wins, will benefit her, not Republicans.

We've deployed national missile defenses, cut taxes at least three times, repealed federal gun bans on pilots and assault weapons, killed liberal nonsense like the Kyoto Treaty and ICC, as well as passed serious tort reform.

You've got some pie in the sky there. National missile defense is still marginal at best. Pilots are still not armed and Mineta is still in his office. Kyoto is being implemented at the state and local level, whether you know it or not. The ICC is far from dead. If Hillary re-signs it, we're back on. We would have been better off if Bush had left it alone and the Senate had killed it. As for "serious" tort reform, get serious.

Heck, we've even banned partial birth abortions.

Which are still being performed.

Sure, we have a long way to go, and we've had a few setbacks, but we're far better off today than in 1993.

Yes and no. I am less sanguine about young people because of the schools and universities, which, if anything, are more leftist than they were in 1993. Back then, gay marriage was unthinkable.
