Just saw the movie again this weekend...it continues to send shivers down my spine despite successive viewings.

I too saw the very much edited/shortened "WE WERE SOLDIERS" broadcast version on TNT and then I went to my DVD and saw it again full length and all the DVD's Special Features.
I still find it very calming listening to NICK-GLENNIE SMITH's superb Motion Picture Soundtrack that includes the inspiring hymn 'Mansions of the Lord' that was sung while President REAGAN's flag-draped casket was carried out of his Washington, D.C. Funeral Service.
