And now for the personal attacks against one of the foremost medical surgeons in the USA.

I agree with him...as does all the Dr friends I have. This woman is in a semi coma and could come out of it..50-50 chance.

The former husband is scared of that, as he has something to do with the condition she is in.

"I'll kill anyone I want. Go away.
Tell that b*tch to die already to coverup my mistake of denying her a lawyer.
And tell the stupid United States Congress to put their heads
where the sun don't shine. Remember, I alone rule. I am the Florida Supreme Mullah.
You may all now bow down before me."

That is very obvious

What? It took him a whole hour to figure that out? Any wonder it's taking them so long to step in and stop this execution.

I read here yesterday that she said she wanted to live. Why don't they play that tape?

I find it ironical that you argue that Frist, a heart surgeon, is absolutely correct in his diagnosis. It has been posted a number of times that Doctors with a differing opinion are absolutely wrong because the are not neurologists.

Do you sense an inconsistency ?

There's time to criticize later. Right now I prefer to be thankful for the help.

It is my understanding that POS wants the body cremated. I would that if she passes away they (Florida officials) would open a criminal investigation and have an autopsy before returning her remains to that POS.

Here's another thread on that today:

An attorney for Terri Schiavo said the severely brain-injured woman cried and yelled out that she wants to live after being told today her life-sustaining feeding tube was about to be removed by court order.

And that's the answer to the question, "Why doesn't he just divorce her?" Were she in her family's care she might get speech therapy. If she got speech therapy she might talk. I f she talks she might say what happened that day she collapsed.

And maybe divorce alone wouldn't help the "husband" then.

This morning, my son asked me why "protective services" have not step in on this case. He said that if a child is being abused, or an old person is being abused, then it seems they have no problem stepping in. Even the SPCA steps in for an animal.

Now this may seem like a dumb question, but why can't protective services just simply step in and take custody of this woman. They do it for children and old people. If you had an Alzheimer patient being starved, they would step in. If a child were being kept in a dark room and not given any stimuli, and not fed, they would step in and arrests would be flying. Why haven't they done this in this particular case?

Perhaps because it wouldn't matter if the judge is legally blind? In fact, isn't it odd that the most compelling evidence of her true condition is evidence that the judge may not be able to see?

I hope that this idiots ruling wakes people up to what these judges who legislate from the bench are doing to this country. They need to be stopped.
