Because of the Supreme Court's recent ruling, this human monster will never face the death penalty.

Wouldn't have anyway. No state is allowed to administer capital punishment for attempted murder.

Yeah, but her criminal status entitles her to exercise her right to life, which another Florida woman doesn't get. I'm sure that no liberal judge will call this teenage criminal "the moral equivalent of a carrot;" after all, offending the self-esteem of a criminal is an unspeakable travesty. Heck, even al-Qaida terrorists (oops, I should say, "political refugees and freedom fighters," where "freedom" of course entails "freedom to commit genocide") and illegal aliens get such entitlements and privileges like life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness at the expense of us taxpaying citizens, who can be declared vegetables and ordered to die of thirst on mere hearsay.

And no, this isn't sarcasm; it's an unfortunate reality in our bizarre world of liberalism.
