Remember that most of the Jews in this country are: democrats pro-choice (anti the life of innocent babies) anti-gun (anti self defense, which I find unfathomable) pro-socialism (???? will never understand that one) pro-big government (can't believe they actually trust the state that much)

Ah yes, it always comes back to the blame the Jews.

ALWAYS.

No, it's your decision. You don't have the right to kill a family member just because they're disabled. Murder is wrong.

Murder --- is --- wrong.

Let me know when you think you understand that much, and then we can move forward. Until you understand that murder is wrong, any further conversation is pointless.

Are there any young women out there who would expect their husbands to sit by their bedside wiping their drool and cleaning their ass for 30 years?

Regardless, if it's expected or not, that is what I signed on to in my marriage vows, if, God forbid, it ever became necessary.

And, as has been pointed out to you before, Michael has been offered relief from any obligations, but has refused to stop trying to kill Terri, regardless.

Why won't he walk away, and let Terri's mother and father care for her?

Am I confused? I thought MS was offered money, not the parents. And I understood the paretns agreed to release him from any financial obligation.

I still think MS has money.

Could the husband have gotten a divorce?

How can one say she should die based on the wishes of an adulterous husband who shows no evidence of any love for his wife? Are we supposed to just believe he is telling the truth that Terri told him he wanted to die?

One's word doesn't mean squat in a criminal case, yet somehow this is irrefutable evidence in this case?

He did love her early on. But, no more.

I am willing to consider that the videos of Terri apparently smiling etc. are just involuntary reflexes.

However, forming words is not.

I am willing to toss out yesterday's claim of saying "iiiiii waaaaa...." but that leaves previous events and more than just involuntary responses.

She is not braindead.

"WRONG! Unless it is contested in court it is your family's decision to starve you to death, if in fact, that is what you mean by "pulling the plug""

Hmm, contested by whom? The government? A Freeper like you? Somebody who doesn't believe that a person wasting away in a coma for 20 years should be allowed to die if it's their family's wish? Do you realize how many hundreds of people are either in a coma or persistent vegetative state?

The husband doesn't want divorce. He keeps insisting that Terri wouldn't want to be kept alive with feeding tubes. If the parents were given custody, they would keep her alive with feeding tubes.

I'm not looking to argue with you. I'm prefectly willing to agree to disagree. But I have to say, first you post this in reply to me

First and foremost, there is anecdotal and reporting evidence of a MRI or more being done.

Anecdotal? Come on! And where is the reporting evidence? Produce it. Better yet, produce it for NRO, so they can retract what they reported on their website.

And then you post this:

Their freedom to lie will be coming to an end soon. If there is real justice in this country still.

You should be able to produce proof that they, whoever they are, are lying. If you can't, don't expect me to pay much attention to your protestations that anecdotally she got everything she needed.

And even though my post may sound a little snippy, I'm not of the opinion you have to share my views to be a decent person. Capice?

I appreciate being corrected. Thank you.

I am not believing her husband or her parents. I am saying that in the end I do not wish to have someone other than my husband making decisions for me.

I do enjoy a good debate but frankly not when it becomes rude and resorts to name calling. You are passing judgement on me with out the facts how is that different?

Well here's an interesting bit of FL law I just came across...

765.1115 Falsification, forgery, or willful concealment, cancellation, or destruction of directive or revocation or amendment; penalties.--

(1) Any person who willfully conceals, cancels, defaces, obliterates, or damages an advance directive without the principal's consent or who falsifies or forges the revocation or amendment of an advance directive of another, and who thereby causes life-prolonging procedures to be utilized in contravention of the previously expressed intent of the principal, commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

(2) Any person who falsifies or forges the advance directive of another or who willfully conceals or withholds personal knowledge of the revocation of an advance directive, with the intent to cause a withholding or withdrawal of life-prolonging procedures contrary to the wishes of the principal, and who thereby because of such act directly causes life-prolonging procedures to be withheld or withdrawn and death to be hastened, commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

Cold, is there any evidence whatsoever that it would be her wish to die?

If not, how can you support her death? Because, unless there is actual evidence, not just the claim of an adulterous husband, shouldn't the presumption be LIFE?

I think his mistress is a Catholic, against divorce. If true, she sure has her head screwed on right....divorce wrong, murder right. And the world goes round.

We all would want our spouse's life to go on. But think about it, what if he would not let your poor body go in the sunlight? What if he wouldn't let your teeth be brushed? What if he kept your parents away and denied even testing to see if there could be improvement.

Wouldn't you rather your husband walk away and let your parents care for you if they were wanting do, indeed living to do that?

This husband is not my husband or yours. He iscertainly not hers.
