I must admit to not understanding why the federal gov't doesn't have the right to uphold."THE RIGHT TO LIFE,LIBERTY,AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS..." Somehow judges,instead of elected representatives, have the right to do whatever they want, whenever they want with no one to stop them.

THis is what concerns me-judicial tyranny.

For too long we have been sliding towards a dictatorship of judges. Incredible how they can make laws and disregard laws and even declare that an innocent person is to be starved to death. If only Terri had commited some horrible crime, she would have received a pass.
