I just saw the tail-end of the press briefing. They will pass a law that Schiavo will have her case reviewed in federal court. Nothing Greer can do about it.

It will be law. The Senate adjourns at 5:00 (today or tomorrow?) and an extraordinary session will be convened after the adjournment to pass the legislation.

supposedly greer couldn't touch a federal subpoena either..but he thumbed his nose at it... and he's broken several florida laws already... what's to stop him from ignoring this?
