Exactly. I would be much more willing to consider the husband's claims Terri would want to die if there was even the slightest evidence he loves her.

But, there no evidence he has the slightest feeling for her.

He wants his money and to marry his new squeeze.

FYI: I have seen where guardianship of the money and guardianship of the body were split between two groups as a compromise. But in those cases there was no "new" family involved.
