Who said that? Of course she's had CT scans, which are useless in this case. She needs an MRI or PET.
It's been stated on dozens of Terri threads by various freepers that Terri never had a CAT scan. And that's not true.
I would like her to have an MRI too, if it's fact that she hasn't had one. I know she's had a lot of neurologists look at her and find it hard to believe that she hasn't had an MRI, but no one can find information that she HAS had an MRI.
