IMO being engaged...having a "girfriend" and children while still "married" to Terri, does not impart the "Till Death Do Us Part" marriage vows. I wonder, if Terri and Michael were married in a church (Catholic, Jewish, Protestant..et.al), and would that church have the power to disavow their marriage based on Michael's immoral lifestyle.

Michael Schiavo and Jodie Centonze are not fiance and fiancee. One cannot be engaged while one is married. They are cohabitants in an adulterous relationship which has spawned two illegitimate children (I won't go so far as to harm the tender sensibilities of some of the FR grannies and call them the technically correct "bastards").
Just to get the semantics right, mind you.
