What the heck is wrong with these judges?

I think part of the problem is these judges can't see the forest for the rigidity of the trees. By this, I mean that common sense can't seem to prevail or be introduced in any form because of the rigidity of the legal system. This rigidity normally provides protection, but when a failure in the system happens as it has here for Terri, the system seems to be too paralyzed by structure to correct the problem. So everybody ends up standing by frustratingly helpless to change things. We have got to have a way to cut through the crap of red tape when such a systemic failure of the system occurs.

I find this interesting.

You don't have to look any farther than the faces of those I watched on Fox yesterday. Smug-smugger-smuggest. We run things around here. Don't go crowding our prerogatives.

We are talking secular here. The way to cut through all the crap is to simply remember, THERE ARE ONLY TEN LAWS. My apologies (sarcasm on) to all the attorneys, hair splitters, fine-tuners, manipulators, and users of the so-called "law" on these threads.
