Sure they do, where have you been the last couple of years. Show me in the Constitution where it says judges get to decide what marriage is. Show me in the Constitution where it says that political speech can be denied to the people. We don't need a legislature anymore, the courts make the laws.
That is exactly my point. Court-made law is not valid and the President is not bound to respect it (as long as he has a House majority or 34 Senate votes to turn back impeachment. Remember - impeachment doesn't need a reason. Certainly one of the ducks being lined up.)
