He carefully said he'd let the judicial process go on.
He could have stopped there and been safe and among the statements that are currently all over TV & newspapers.
But he DELIBERATELY went on and forcefully spoke: "We look at all options from an EXECUTIVE BRANCH PERSPECTIVE."
He was threatening that the courts are not necessarily the last word!
